1. Services Provided: Final Destination Inc. acts as a logistics and supply coordination partner. We coordinate container transport within Canada and facilitate chickpea exports to Pakistan.

2. Liability Disclaimer: While we prioritize dependable scheduling, Final Destination Inc. is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance processes in Canada/Pakistan, or unexpected port congestions.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate cargo details and documentation. Any legal or financial penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the client will be the client’s responsibility.

4. Payments: All service fees must be cleared according to the agreed-upon payment schedule before shipment coordination is finalized.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
